Delivery Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom mainland only.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days.

• Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (available at checkout for an additional cost).

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of payment confirmation. During busy periods, dispatch may take up to 2 working days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery method.

Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails, it’s the customer’s responsibility to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel from the courier depot.
