RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

At Blue Dragon Cards LTD, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the item value.

 

Who is eligible for a return?

  • Returns are available to all customers within the UK.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received (e.g., unopened, undamaged).

 

How to initiate a return:

  • Contact us via email at contact@bluedragoncards.co.uk to request a return.

  • You’ll be provided with a return address and a Returns Authorization (RA) number.

  • Ensure the items are well-packaged, including the original invoice and RA number.

 

Conditions:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

  • Items returned after the 14-day window or in an unsellable condition may not qualify for a refund.

 

Exceptions:

  • Certain products, such as sealed collectible items that have been opened, may be non-returnable.

  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns.

 

Statutory Rights:

This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair, or compensation for faulty or misdescribed goods.
