RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Blue Dragon Cards LTD, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the item value.
Who is eligible for a return?

Items must be returned in the same condition as received (e.g., unopened, undamaged).
How to initiate a return:

You’ll be provided with a return address and a Returns Authorization (RA) number.

Ensure the items are well-packaged, including the original invoice and RA number.
Conditions:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Items returned after the 14-day window or in an unsellable condition may not qualify for a refund.
Exceptions:

Certain products, such as sealed collectible items that have been opened, may be non-returnable.

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns.
