    • Items must be returned in the same condition as received (e.g., unopened, undamaged).

    • You’ll be provided with a return address and a Returns Authorization (RA) number.
    • Ensure the items are well-packaged, including the original invoice and RA number.

    Conditions:

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
    • Items returned after the 14-day window or in an unsellable condition may not qualify for a refund.

    Exceptions:

    • Certain products, such as sealed collectible items that have been opened, may be non-returnable.
    • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns.

    Delivery Locations

    We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom mainland only.

    Delivery Timeframes

    • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (available at checkout for an additional cost).

    We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of payment confirmation. During busy periods, dispatch may take up to 2 working days.

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery method.
